How do I know whether you have you received the cheque / DD for the order I had placed?Once we receive the Cheque / DD, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Incase you have not received the email, kindly let us know the courier and proof of delivery of the Cheque/ DD and our Customer Support Team will get back to you on the same.
Can I change my payment option for the order placed?If you have chosen to pay for your order through a Cheque or a Demand Draft (DD) and wish to change the mode of payment to Credit Card, you can do so by informing the customer support team within 2 days of placing the order.
How can I cancel my Order?www.gizmosnmore.co.in reserves all rights for Order Cancellation. In case you want to Cancel the Order you need to give the reference of your Order Number to customer support. However, if you have requested for Order Cancellation, charges applicable will be:flat 5% of the Product Price.
Can I send the products I buy to a different address?Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart . But It should be same country.
What happens if the price of the product changes between my placing an order and receiving the goods?Once your order is placed and the payment is accepted and validated, we cannot change the price. Equally in the case of a price increase, after the order has been processed, we will not charge you the higher price.
